7.1. Introduction

You must insure that the front desk remains clean and organized throughout the work day. The front desk arear should look clean and remain uncluttered at all times. This area is a focal point for customers who physically visit SigerTronic Systems.

7.2. Processes

  1. Wipe down desk, printer, computer, and everything else in the front desk area.
  2. Be sure to change the date on the calendar every day.
  3. Make sure that the lights, A/C, printer, and copier are turned off at the appropriate times.
  4. Always have 3 inch by 2 inch scrap paper for notes and money deposit.
  5. Insure that you have printed copies of – whole page or half page – logo invoice paper available at all times.
  6. Each individual printer ink cartages must stay full stocked at all times.
  7. Verify that cups are stocked and available for customers use. These cups are for customer use only, and they are placed on top of the water cooler for customer convenience.

7.3. Responsible Personnel

Anyone who is working at the front desk should strictly adhere to the procedures out-lined in this SOP.
